Workflow

A successful meeting requires preparation.  From start to finish, we are there for you. A typical workflow for meeting planning and facilitation involves:
Preliminary Planning: Conducting interviews of stakeholders, clarifying goals and objectives, and designing the agenda
Process logistics:  Determine who should be present, identify optimum space configuration, and prepare necessary materials
Facilitation:  Ensure participant engagement, focus, and time management, build consensus and develop action items with roles and responsibilities clearly defined
Follow-up: Prepare final report that documents action items, responsibilities, and next steps
